Application:

The ZMD-W micron diamond powder for wire saw is used for diamond wire saw and other diamond cutting tools making. It can be used for mono crystalline silicon & poly crystalline silicon processing.

Also it can be used for tools which do LED panel, semiconductor as well as some valuable and fragile materials. Besides wire saws, it could also do other precision tools for grinding and polishing
