Redi Lock Trapezoid Diamond Grinding Shoes for Concrete Prep

Application:

Diamond  grinding shoes  come in various shapes, sizes, and grits to suit different applications. Coarser grits are used for removing coatings or leveling uneven surfaces, while finer grits are used for polishing or smoothing out the surface of the concrete. Those redi-lock diamond grinding shoes are built to remove remaining thin coatings, level uneven surfaces, and smooth out rough concrete surfaces. They are commonly used for preparing surfaces for epoxy coatings, stains, or sealers. They can also be used to remove stains, scratches, and other imperfections from the surface of the concrete.

MBTHUS series trapezoid grinding plates are suitable for Hus redi lock grinders for the general, fast grinding of concrete, terrazzo. Metal bond trapezoid grinding plate starts from 16# for aggressive grinding and thin coating removal. Then followed by 30/40 grit grinding discs for very common use of grinding. 60/80 diamond trapezoids for even moderate grinding of the concrete surface. And finer grit 120#, 150# grinding plates for smooth grinding and scratch or swirls removing.
